Poor, rude and dishonest service levels.

Solar man does not take responsibilty for the inferior products they sell with a so called warranty that means less than the paper it is printed on. Their batteries do not last the full period of warranty and they refuse to replace. JP would allegedly send the batteries to Japan for so called rebuilds! Since when? You offer a warranty! Replace and claim it yourself! JP is a serial slanderer and habitual lier and abuser of his rank. Solar Man does not deserve to exist. Stay away!
