Misrepresentation in advertising

I heard an advert on Radio Pretoria about the Solar Energy Group. I walked into that store on the 22nd April and was greeted by an EMPLOYEE. The employee was unfriendly and was not able to respond in my language and could not give me the technical info of the products I wanted. Tiaan, the manager, appeared at the employee's side and told me not to belittle his staff and told me to leave the shop immediately. I confronted Tiaan and said that I did not belittle his personnel and I believe that he was overreacting because he did not want his staff to know that the shop was advertising on Radio Pretoria (an exclusively Afrikaans radio station).<br> <br> My problem with THIS SUPPLIER is that they seem to be unable to serve customers in the language they advertise.<br> If you don't believe me, go and find out for yourself.<br>
