The sales person provided guidelines on instalation of a solar water heating system, I specifically questioned him regarding the circulation pump connection and the problem of overheating the geyser he stated that it should be connected to the controller supp**** after instalation he backtrack and said he does not have the knowledge and they only use contractors for the installations, I asked him why he did not tel me of his limited knowledge and he was just dumbstruck and even after this they did not want to take responsibility for this, he sold this to me as a complete package and I clearly needed a relay or contact-or to switch the 12v pump. When in their shop a second customer were there with a fault on a borehole pump which were also up in arms and the lady said she witnessed several incidence this morning while waiting for their claim to be resolved of unhappy customers, be very careful for them and advice provided by them
