Disgusted customer

We made a huge investment with a Solar System from SolarMan. we now encountering problems but we cannot get any feed back from Solar man. we went with what was recommended by their technician Caesar. Now its impossible to get them to rectify or assist. they recommended gel batteries which we were told had a 10 year life span but i think it only has a month of life. they system has never worked for us
