POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

We contacted Suntank with regards to installing a solar geyser. They put us in touch with Solar Centric as they said they didn't cover our area, once we had paid the deposit with Solar Centric, Suntank still arrived to do the installation. After 5 weeks the solar geyser is in, but the job has not been completed. Here is a list of the things that have gone wrong.<br> 1. solar panels faced west and not north. 2. Blew the electricity and we had no power for over 6 hours. 3. We have still not received a certificate of compliance for the electrical work done.4. We also had a knocking noise in the pipes, airlocks and vacuum breaker had to be replaced and the list goes on and on. We are waiting for them to come and paint our ceiling (water damage) and to adjust the one panel. Should also have had a pump supp****. Solar Centric should be chasing Suntank, not us.
