Terrible Service

We had our retractable awnings refurbished by Solara Awnings in February 2019. The original awning was also from Solara. The service has been terrible. They were late with the delivery of the awning and recently, during the high winds we experienced in Cape Town, the protective cover blew off the frame as it was never secured when it was reinstalled. I have contacted Suzette, the owner's assistant, on *** on three separate occasions and sent an email which she acknowleges as having received, and nothing has happened. Suzetter assures me she has passed on the message to the owner, Michael, but he is yet to contact me.
