Worst experience ever, if you are an installer let me WARN YOU, these guys will discredit you, my issue is with a battery, it worked for the 1st 4 months after the whole system installation, my installer checked it and realized that it does not charge, took it back, we were advised that they took it to the supplier who "claimed to have replaced something" the installer installed it back, withing a few days the batter did not work, it would shut down while I am working, mostly realized that it shut down when I am warming food from the microwave oven, my installer took it to his house to charge it, still no luck, he spoke to these guys who gave him settings to use and sent them the screenshot, still the battery was not responding, we advised these guys of the issue and that they need to give me a new battery, that's when they started claiming that the issue is me, That I am overloading the battery" mind you I stay with my son only, I use gas geyser and gas stove" when they realised that I am not the issue, that's when they claimed my installer is ***********, that he did not install the system correctly and when I asked them why did the system work for the first 4 to 5 months , they did not have an answer, they still maintained that my installer is the one who does not know how to set it up, and that he did not set it up as per industry standards and that's according to their so called "technician" they then told me that I can pay almost a R1000 to get their technician to fix the settings. When I asked them how many clients did, they get who had issues with my installer, they had NONE- (ZERO) they just refuse to acknowledge that they sold me a battery that has a defect. As I type this, I returned the battery on Sat the 21st of August. I have a huge headache as I have been on Eskom and have to buy electricity... I regret asking my installer to install a solar system and I wish he has used another shop to get the system, am sure I was not going to get such a headache.

Guys do not buy from this company. I bought a 6.2kva ecco inverter and a 51v ecco battery combo from these guys. The inverter failed....couldnt pick the solar input when we took it back the guys refused to get it back or even look at it coz they say they need an Certificate of installation. Imagine having bought this and taking it to your rural home...and install it coz its nothing complicated. Just 6 solar panels in series. Right now the inverter is at home coz they refused to take it back. I will say do not buy from this company. I had to look for an alternative inverter.

I bought a 48v charger for approximately R 800 from the Sandton branch online on 19 May 2025. After no response, 10 days later, they inform me on enquiry that they o not have stock, although they marketed the item online. And why not inform me when I placed the order? They just kept quiet. I requested a refund on 29 May, and after numerous emails, 5 weeks after I have paid, I have still not received any refund, only promises. Extremely unprofessional in their emails, with no name of who you are dealing with. I have bought more than R 100 000 worth of equipment from the other branches with fine service. Stay away from the Sandton branch.
