Dictate what you can and can't buy

Bought some panels at several hundred pounds . Went to buy more panels, while they will sell me them, they won't sell me the mounting equipment, unless I buy a 'kit' they have no kits on their website. So I can spend hundreds on panels, but no ability to mount them. How ridiculous is this? You'd be better avoiding these clowns and going to a company that will sell you what you want to actually buy.
