Waste of money

We installed a solar geyser based on the good experience friends have had albeit with a different company. From day one ours has been a different story. Only after a blazing hot sunny day will we have hot water in the evening. By the next morning we have to switch on the power to get enough to shower. We have spoken to the original installer who essentially ignored us, and then disappeared. Using the complaints page on the Solartech website we were referred to a chap in our area who went through the system and replaced parts (at our cost). The problem is not solved. I would never recommend Solartech to anyone. The system is useless.
