Super pathetic service and empty promises

I bought my Solartec Geyzer in August 2014 from Solartec in Trichardt and I worked with Mr Kobus De Klerk who promised that I would get a rebate back after 12 weeks of purchase. To date nothing.<br> <br> In August 2015 I contacted Mr Craig Ingram at the Solartec Head Office who also promised to look into the matter but also nothing.<br> <br> It has now been a year and a half and I have to keep on phoning and emailing and I am no closer to getting the matter resolved. <br> <br> What must one do to get good service from Solartec?
