Solartech geyser installation that never worked

A number of solar geysers were installed.<br> They were installed incorrectly such that they do not work (pump is incorrectly positioned)<br> Also they did not install the overflow tray correctly, and did not install a pressure control valve (which was on the quote, and had already been paid for).<br> The pressure release valves opened, and flooding of the building occurred.<br> Their insurance did not cover the damage as the installation was deemed negligent / faulty.<br> <br> To date the damages were not refunded by Solartech, and the geysers still do not work.<br> At least the overflow trays were adjusted and the pressure control valve was installed.
