Solar Geyser Nightmare

I'm am on my 4th attempt at installing a Solar Geyser as the 1st and 2nd were nightmares.<br> <br> I shared this with John from Solartech. He assured me his product was the 'best on the market'. I spent R35 000 on the solar geyser and have had nothing but trouble with it from day one. <br> <br> It's been commissioned now for 2 1/2 months and it never goes above 60 degrees. I have a cheap retrofit system connected to my kwikot geyser on the other side of my house that out performs it everyday.<br> <br> I don't get responses from emails, or when I eventually do it takes weeks for them to come out.<br> <br> This is possibly one of the worst service experiences I have had to date. In fact it's on par with my initial bad experience with another Solar Geyser company.<br> <br> I will not recommend this company to anyone, and we all know how important word of mouth is!<br> <br> It's one thing having an installation problem, but another offering a really poor backup and response service.
