they don't charge for the dust

Bought a battery cabinet, on collecting it I said to the store manager Adam that the unit looked 2nd hand - no he said, its juts been in the storeroom for a while - but I mustn't worry cos 'they don't charge for the dust' Upon removing the plastic wrap found scratches and marks and wheels are obviously been in use for a while - so the extra time I spent waiting to get my goods appears to be the time it takes to wrap a 2nd hand unit to sell as new.
