Solar Store(PTY) Ltd

Solar Store is an online store selling Solar equipment and systems: www.sola-store.co.za I ordered a special deal from them involving an inverter and a Lithium battery. Phoned and whatsapped David and despite being apprehensive to pay nearly R24K for the deal I transferred the money. I then asked for the waybill details for delivery and got that. Duly did receive the 2 items via courier and took them home. When I opened the parcels I found the Inverter was not brand new (had marks) but in good nick. The battery however was seriously second hand. It was a resprayed job with a LCB Batteries sticker. The info on the sticker was bogus, web site on it do not exist www.lacbbatteries.com (lcbbatteries.com has car batteries - link to sabat). There is no indication the equipment is second hand. Despite many whatsaps and phone calls to David about being sold second hand battery (was willing to accept the inverter) I was now getting ignored. Only when phoning from a different cel phone he answers. Bottom line I dont know what type of battery this is or its history or age and Solar store is not responding. No warranties or replacement have been ensured. I warned David I would persue this if I got no answers thus I started here.
