Wrong battery supp****

Initially Alex and team were very helpful and I met his driver at the supplier to buy a 10Kw battery. When I got home I found that the 10Kw battery was infact a 7.6Kw and now I'm totally ignored. According to Alex I got what I payed for and the battery supp**** was correct even after I sent him a foto of the book from the battery showing it was a 7.6Kw. Be very careful when dealing with this company as they will not help when they are in error and your money will not be returned.
