After sales service leave much to be desired

Alex and his team were efficient at first and Alex seems knowledgeable. The after sales service leaves much to be desired. We had issues with our inverter settings to the point where our electricity bill did not change after our investment, and unfortunately it took them over 5 months and multiple threats to get them to come back and sort it out. But they did eventually come back and it seems to be working great now… even with the stage 6 loadshedding. I think they will be a brilliant company if they can sort out their after sales service.
