Unprofessional Rude - COC Certificate

Unprofessional and Rude. I had to follow up for my COC certificate for a week. Jimmy de Villiers is very rude and not customer centred. After i paid full installation and COC, he never sent through the COC . Had to follow up 3 times and call. I do not recommend
