We paid thousands of rands to Dean Moodley at Solar Powered Solutions SA in August 2015 for solar panels. He repeatedly cancelled installation at the last minute. It is November 2015, and we still have no product or service after we paid the money. <br> <br> Dean now said he is unable to provide service this year and can only do it perhaps in February 2016, because of \circumstance beyond his control."Despite not being able to install in a reasonable time frame and being unable to give us a date for installation"
