I bought two lithium ion batteries from www.solarpowerdirect.co.za on the 30th of April, the owner (David) told me that the delivery would occur the very next day, which was on Friday the 31st. 12 calendar days later and still no answer. I have been trying to get hold of David via all ways possible, he simply do not answer any, including when your called ID is off. He only answers calls from numbers which he can identify as being new to him. But that is no help either. R20K LOST!! Drove to the company address... and found no such business there.
