Over charged and no refund?

I inquired about my statement to Solar Geyser and they rep**** by email as below but have not received my refund to date<br> <br> Dear Thomas Brewis<br> Please find attached a Copy of your Full &amp; Final Solar Geyser Finance Account Statement. This email also serves to inform you that your Loan has actually been re-paid back in Full. However you will notice on Page 2 of your statement that we unfortunately debited your bank account for an extra 3 monthly debit orders amounting to a figure of R 1,188-90 which was not supposed to have been deducted.<br> Your signed contract was for 60 months only but we deducted a total of 63 monthly debit orders from your bank account. <br> In view of the above error, I can confirm that we are processing a payment back into your bank account for that amount of R 1,188-90 which rightfully belongs to you and not us. Your refund will be paid back into your bank account that is detailed on your signed contract by the end of this month of October 2015 when all other payments are made.<br> My apologies for any inconvenience caused by that error.<br> Lastly I would like to thank you for doing business with us.<br> Kind Regards<br> Walter Chimanyi<br> For and On Behalf of Solarnet
