Solar Maters - Dud batteries

This company sells deep cycle batteries for UPS and Solar back up power storage. Although the batteries (Royal 1150K 102AH) appear to be new, they are, in all probability, used batteries. I purchase 4 of them. One was completely dead and would not charge at all. This caused an overcharge effect on the other 3 batteries, one of which caused the battery fluid to boil and the battery to overheat. Both batteries had to be replaced, but after continuous phone calls and promises to meet me the owner, Philip, has made no attempt to replace the faulty batteries.
