Solar Mass Energy I am waiting ?

Horrible experience with SOLAR MASS ENERGY Took deposit, arrived a month later than promised date (in writing and signed off) didn't deliver correct goods, promised a refund in a week, 4.5 months later and still waiting on 63% of my refund ! Threthreatened me twice in writing If i go to social media SME WILL NOT PAY !

They are not doing business at the address on their Facebook page or quotation …

I was quoted per email on 15 May 2023 . The deal was closed on 16 May 2023 and SME insisted on 80% deposit . R137 000 00 – Installation promised in writing for 1st June … different promised dates after this date. SME Finally arrived to install 29th June – broke 8 kitchen tiles with hammer drill and wanted to install inferior quality panels versus the quoted good quality panels. I insisted on the panels they quoted. Peter yelled at me saying I WILL take the panels or he will withdraw! Peter then refused to continue with the installation as he insisted on installing the panels SME delivered. Peter promised I will have my money back not later than 7th of July . Now SME stated they only did the sale, they don't know the owners of SME ! Their hands are cut off! After many WA messages and unanswered calls, I got some help in and SME finally refunded ONLY R50 000 00 on 1st August with excuses of term deposits and an overseas owner who needs to authorise payments. It is now the 27th of September and I am still waiting for my money.
