Horrible experience with a solar installation, Buyer beware!!!

After accepting a quotation from Solar Mass Energy (SME), listing the required components we paid a deposit to SME on 19th May 2023, specifying the installation to commence on 20 June 2023, this commencement date was not met. SME installed the system intermittently, with the task finally being completed on the 10th August 2023, that is 47 days after this should have been completed, and the agreed panels have still not been installed. SME have made numerous commitments to having this resolved and have not delivered on these commitments, to the point that I have declined to pay them any further monies, not the result we had hoped for when we selected SME to do our solar installation, a company that had been highly recommended to us. Overall a horrible experience.
