Bad service and incompetance of people and product

I ordered a solar pump from Solar Man in Pretoria. ***. Darius , the sales person calculated the duty to my spesification an quoted me on a pump. The money was paid and the pump installed to spesification. <br> <br> First the controle box did not work, it was send back to Pretoria ( my cost), it was send back ( my cost) and worked. Now the pump did not pump to spesification, not even close. Now the other sales person J P suggests that the calculation of the pump is a trail and error!!! No this needs to be calculated with skill and knowledge of the product. J P suggest I buy a second panel ( R 3000.00 or more) The quote was done and accepted and does not perform to spesification. I need Solar Man to man up and solve my problem as the pump was resold to my customer who, after 3 weeks still has no water.
