Beware of this business, pathetic service

<p>I was contacted by Brian to have my unit serviced, and hwihc was not giving me any problems. I trusted the advice and went ahead.</p> <p>His guys arrived , and 10 minutes later left. I paid for a service but it was not done. I contacted Brian who said in an email that he would come past to check on the service, but never did. I sent another email and stiil he did not bother to.</p> <p>It seems the gimmick is to charge for a service and literally do nothing. Then he had the audacity to send me an email reminding me to service the unit again. This after not pitching or responding to my emails that his last service was unacceptable.</p> <p> </p> <p>When challenged, Brian resorts to diversion, claiming that critism is unwarranted and hostile. IT IS HOSTILE after your dishonest methods to fleece people are exposed. </p> <p> </p> <p>SATY AWAY FROM THIS MAN.</p>
