1st Review i removed because the guy threatened me that im messing up his business , I decided to give him a chance but boy was I wrong.

1st Review: this owners are very unprofessional. we have been contacting them regarding finishing thier work but dololo. they even decided to not answer our phone calls . battery they gave us doesn't last for long and some how drains from 58% to zero and causes an alarm in 1 second. when we contact them they blame the installer, when we contact installer he says the problem is the battery. yet in this situation solar link is the one who said they installed and the installer is thiers. how do I have do deal with such unprofessionalism.. they haven't even come back to set up the app as well..dololo communication. I went to the shop angry requesting the sort all this out and was promised they'll come the next day but im still here without this being fixed...I repeat dont use this company I repeat dont use them. you won't get what you pay for.. also what yhe advertise is not what you get.

Second review: So after investigating, it was realized that the installer that the gave us did a manual system that required us to switch on and off everyday and also on weather changes. This system doesn't want the battery to be 58% it switches off and starts alarming non stop, we can't even sleep if it starts alarming. It will take another 6 hours for the alarm to stop. This is story of our life, endless alarms. The supplier agreed to find another installer to fix this mess and install and automatic switch. This was in November 2021 no its January 2022, the guy has blocked us and doesn't take our calls. I dont know that this means now. Just know that this guys will happily take your money and when they need to complete or fix your are not thier enemy.

I'm resorting to spend extra cost to find someone else to come fix this mess..use this ate your own risk.
