WARNING ADVICE TO SOLAR PANEL AND EQUIPMENT PURCHASERS
Solar & Inverter Warehouse SA near Makro in Meadowbrook (close to Edenvale) Customer service sucks! Gary Bowsie the MD has the finesse of an African Buffalo and customer service delivery at a level worse than ANC local government!!! I will NEVER buy anything from Solar & Inverter Warehouse SA again, BIG MISTAKE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So we learn, but the big wheel turns!!! So I hand this matter over!

As explained we do not accept goods back purchased over 12 months ago that were correctly supp**** at the time. Threats of exposure to social media and lies that goods were supp**** incomplete did not endear us to assist you any further.

I did purchase these items on 18/09/20, but the website I looked at did not mention any 30 day return policy, and is in conflict with your online purchase website, which I did not see.
I did not threaten you with exposure to social media, I informed you i was going to write a report on the internet, and you told me rudely to go ahead!
I told no lies regarding termination hardware for the fuse breakers I purchased from you, the *****s were misplaced in the packet of solar panel mounting fittings, but unfortunately the cable clamp fittings were not supp****, nor mentioned by your salesman, so I was stuck during installation last weekend and could not use the fuse breaker supp**** by you!
You told me that you would not refund me, even though I was prepared to pay your exorbitant handling fee, I think 25% ?
Your customer service leaves much to be desired, and I'm sure that your attitude will cost your business in the long run.
So be it. May Justice prevail.
