Poor serivce and and rude attitude when not processing paid for order

After paying for solar Items, Sending the proof of payment, no action was taken on my order, Repeated emails, and then a phone call , the staff turned rude after I could prove that my order was paid for, was not attended to and they did not acknowledge the poor service and not caring, tried to to get rid of me to a accountant that did not answer and a leave a message. they never answered any calls after I phoned back repeatedly, I got a email hours later to confirm my order was finally processed for collection. This is not a company I can trust, they only processed my order after effort and continued follow up from my side.
