Inverter and Solar warehouse

It is often said that you cannot run a profitable business with top service, best pricing and good quality products. I ordered 12 X 335W JA panels, 1 Pylontech battery and 2 Axpert inverters in April last year 2019. The panels arrived in May, the Axperts in June and shortly after that the battery. This was a DiY project that I installed myself. Gary, the owner, and his team (Karl and Carlien) were very helpful in giving me advice without telling me how to do the job, which was great. On starting up the system I tripped the battery and blew the 2 Axpert inverters. In short this turned out to be a grey area as far as a warranty claim is concerned. Gary pulled out all the stops and got the units repaired for me free of charged. It took about 2 weeks but needless to say it saved me from having to purchase 2 new units. Since then I have purchased another 2 Pylontech batteries and 9 panels (Which Gary delivered to my house at no cost). And there was no waiting period like before. I now run off grid with the option of switching over to my gen-set or grid at any time. My conclusion is that Inverter warehouse offers a good service. I can hardly blame the fact that there were a shortage of well priced inverters at the time. With Eskom outages increasing many of these solar companies were caught off guard and these items take up to 8 weeks to come from China. The pricing was 5 star and still is. The quality is simply based on what you are prepared to pay for. A year later and my system is running as planned. With the decent Phoenix Contact surge protection I expect at least 10 years from the inverters, 16 years from the lithiums and 40 years from the panels. The total cost has been 170K with savings of around R1500/month. 5 star Well done guys, and thanks for your advice
