They don't pick up the phone and have stopped responding to my e-mails asking them about this. Can only assume it's a ****. Decided not to go ahead with my order. Better safe than sorry. A real business would surely make more of an effort to prove they're real in order to make a sale?

13 Jun 2022, 20:47Would be great to visit the physical shop, but it is quite far outside Joburg and only open during office hours, making it very inconvenient for people with day jobs. Plus if it does turn out the shop doesn't exist (which I believe at least 1 review here suggests), I'll have made the trip for nothing and petrol isn't cheap these days. Picking up the phone would really be a lot easier.
I e-mailed on June 1 to *** which is the reply-to address on the quote I received. I see your website says ***. Perhaps I should have tried that; but I'd still like to speak someone on the phone just to be sure that if I were to go ahead with my order, I'd be able to talk to someone if something went wrong instead if e-mailing and hoping to get a reply.
