COMPLAINT. Manufacturers failure on battery
Absolute poor attitude and service. Reported manufacturing battery failure. They refuse to do refund or replacement. They want to offer a demo battery for use. Don't bother buying from them. Poor sales, poor customer treatment and lack of trust

We have reviewed your system. The system does not meet SANS guidelines. The battery is way under specified for a 6kW inverter. This is a 3.5kWh battery at 0.5C rating. The battery has been tested by us as well as the battery logs sent through to the manufacturer with no faults found. We have offered to loan you a battery to eliminate the or prove the fault and we would have proceeded from there. This was not acceptable to but was accepted by the owner. Unfortunately, your actions have prejudiced the owner.

I dispute your return, the owner has rejected your offer to lend battery as it is not the same as a new, thus this prejudice the owner more to make use of a used battery than a new battery. Your owm commitment to deliver the lend battery on 6th April has also not render fruit. Again today 7th april another excuse was offered to as the lend battery was not in your possession. Your offices is continuing to lacking your duty and ownership to replace or repair a faulty devise. You have not send a single report to substantiate your accusation nor have you offered to support in validating the inverter. You must read your consumer protection act. Replace or repair.
