Absolutely ********** service at Inverter Warehouse

First time I used this company, Solar & Inverter Warehouse, they had me waiting a very long and unreasonable time for our purchased items and they were not even busy at all when I arrived. I had to repeatedly walk back in trying to get someone's attention only to hear "have you still not been helped/ received your item?"

I made the mistake of using them a second time and requested that the item needs to be urgently delivered, however, it was not after paying R680 for shipping. The distance between us and them is 95km. We requested a full refund after the item did not arrive on the day they promised us. They totally ignored our request for a refund and instead just sent us that it had been picked up and gave us the waybill number. Only a week later and a lot of follow ups with Triton Express (the courier company that they chose) that I had to do myself, did the panel arrive. I even had to drive 20km and 20km back since they apparently could not find the place after sending Inverter Warehouse as well as Triton Express the location over email as well as whatsapp.

Never again will we use this company.
