Supplier to be avoided at all costs.

On 10th Jan 2024 I paid in full for 3 x 5KW Svolt Lithium batteries and asked for installation on delivery. It took about 10 days for delivery and although an electrician was present installation did not take place. I became suspicious and after several more days I decided to cancel installation and use my own electrician. On installation I found that 2 new batteries had been delivered and 1 used battery of the wrong voltage. I asked the supplier for a new replacement battery and have had no response to date. Not being prepared to delay complete installation any longer I recently decided to buy a new battery elsewhere and sell the used battery to recover as much as possible of my time and expense
