Not reliable at all

So I've been a client for about 3 years, I started on an invertor, 3kva, never had issues with the service, and recommended them to everyone that asked.

This year I was advised by Progress that I could upgrade my system with a swap out and add in the panels that I wanted, so I agreed.

Everything was then installed, however, since installation, I've had endless issues with the system, my new battery was then swapped out for an old one, only lasts an hour, the system does not run on the panels as it only kicks in with loadshedding, and the battery only lasted about an hour, now the battery does not even last.

I have called Progress messaged him numerous times and still no assistance.

So I upgraded my system to something that actually doesn't work. I am now being ignored....
