Dishonest Solar supplier

I did not expect a response to my review of Solar & Inverter Electrical as they did not respond to the many times I contacted them. My purpose was to alert consumers so they don't experience a similar a bad situation. One out of 3 Svolt 5kw batteries was delivered in used condition, incorrect voltage and without mounting brackets and connecting cables. To prevent further delaying my Solar operation I bought a new replacement battery, manufactured a mounting bracket and bought connecting cables to facilitate the sale of the used battery all at considerable expense to recover what I could from a *****ed dealer.
