I recently had a 12kVA Sunsynk system installed by SolarHub (Pty) Ltd, which included 20 solar panels and a 15kWh battery pack. The overall experience was really good. The team was professional, arrived on time, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. The installation was done neatly, and they took the time to explain how everything works and how to monitor the system. Since the installation, the system has been running smoothly and has made a noticeable difference in how much we rely on the grid. There were a few small delays with scheduling, but communication was clear and everything was sorted out without any real issues. Overall, I’m happy with the service and the quality of the work. SolarHub is a reliable company that delivers what they promise, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone considering a solar installation. There’s still a little room for improvement in turnaround times and follow-up support, but the experience was positive overall.
