Solar Home - *************

I installed a complete solar system (panels, battery, inverter) in January 2022 using Solarex and Solar Home, owned by husband Harry and wife Luanique Cronje, based in Vanderbijlpark. They supp**** and installed the system which came with a full warranty on all components. Within a week of installation, I started picking up alarms and errors. I was quite disappointed to find that Harry was unable to determine the fault and was very reluctant to replace the components. They started making lots of excuses and then false promises until they eventually started ghosting me - not taking my calls or messages. 3 months later, my problem remains unresolved. The pair appear unwilling to honor any guarantees they sold. It is clear that both Harry and Luanique are ************* and have zero respect for their customers. They are out to make money at the expense of others. They also clearly don't understand the products they are selling. My installation is standing non compliant as they have not provided the legally required certificate of compliance. I have lodged a complaint with CGSO and have escalated via the legal process. STAY AWAY from these two.
