Still No Feedback, Still No Answers

I have recently purchased a new battery from this company. Initially I was extremely impressed with their very helpful online sales. Grey responded after hours and even processed my order on a Sunday. But from the day the goods were till today it's been a downward spiral. They didn't deliver a new battery to me, it was a used, second hand one. After being promised a new replacement, and repeated efforts from my side to get to the bottom of this, I am still stuck with this second hand battery almost two weeks later. The online sales keeps promising to get back to me with details on the replacement - and still nothing. I was even given an address for their " Cape Town Warehouse", but when I went to that address for the swop out, it was in the middle of nowhere. You call, no answer, you message, no answer. I honestly don't know if this is a **** or not, but I'm really concerned about this.
