i purchased 2 batteries from gray and did a payment of R31000:00, i received 2 2nd hand recon batteries in terrible condition and asked them to fetch these as i ordered brand new batteries. after a long struggle i asked my bank to return the payment and was informed there was insufficient funds in there account. they are so willing and helpful when you call and then "you've been ****med"
