What a waste of time!

Debashni told me to come in early Saturday morning, I went in and was turned away due to apparent load shedding. I then phoned Debashni and asked her what time would be suitable to go through as I could not wait long for the vehicle, all that needed to be done was the rear window of my bakkie. She told me that so long as I was there by 8 am they could attend to it first thing. This morning I get there at 8am only to be told that I would have to wait 1.5 hours to be attended to. <br> <br> With regards to the first time I got turned away....load shedding is a common occurence in this country, why do they not have a generator to run a light or two and their heat gun? It's ridiculous! This place is I waste of time and fuel.<br> <br> PS: Debashni really shouldn't chew on gum while dealing with customers.
