Poor service

Paul Synthesis, owner of the business installed a solar geyser for us in Edenglen 16 months ago. The solar part of the geyser has never worked. He sent several people to fix the problem but it is still not working and we have to use electricity all the time. He hardly ever answers his phone, has never came to see what is wrong. He was paid in full for his work.
