A very disappointing experience with Home Eco Durban

I have had a terrible experience with Solar Eco Home/ Home Eco which is owned by Mr. G. Jood. My family and I have had our lives turned upside down. We have experienced extremely poor workmanship and customer care. We contracted the company to repair our roof one month ago. As yet the job has not been completed. While working from day to day, no sail was put on to protect from rain. When we had rain a couple of weeks ago, two rooms were flooded in my house and some contents of the rooms were destroyed. Most of repairs to the two rooms were started but not completed and the primary job of repairing the roof was left with broken roof tiles and the roof edges incomplete and some areas left cemented. With the current flooding that has occurred in Kzn we have had further leaking and damage all over and the ceilings and cupboard that were already replaced are damaged again. Please do not use this company.
