horrible service from company and staff member

Technician refused to go on roof to check geyser, wanted to take a short cut and not do his job. (he opened the warm water tap, he tightend it and damaged my tap and water spiling over my microwave, stove and mini oven)

He was also told the leak from the geyser on the roof, us only living with 350 litres a day the amount of water lose, I couldn't not have water in the evening... He did not check the geyser on the roof at all. This being our first encounter with the company and this experience wasn't a pleasant visit...

Was offered a free assessment and that never happend, now shifting blame and no accountability for my damages - had to wait 2 weeks from the company to say i must get services from another company. and techinical doesnt get repremanded for his actions.

overall disappointment with this being how they offer a service and staff member lies.
