Disgusting service

Paid R12,700 for an inverter that worked for 4 months ( December 2019 till May 2020) Solar Deluxe fetched my system to check it in August 2020. To date, I have not received my system back. The batteries were the problem and they refuse to sort this out as the suppliers says the batteries were 'installed and used incorrectly'. Now they are not responding to my calls or messages.
