**** company (SolarCycle)!

Purchased new (as advertised) 12kWh Lithium-Ion batteries. Seller does not answer phone calls or WhatsApp messages. Delivery did not take place as promised. Seller sent my invoice to another customer (who got in touch with me and advised me that he also had not received the goods and that SolarCycle is a **** company). Seller eventually delivered the batteries which turned out to be re-painted and re-branded ****** goods. Stay away from this ****!
