Dishonest company

I bought a 6kW lithium ion battery from this company in December 2020. The battery was delivered but it is second hand and does not even turn on. Since requesting a new battery or to return the one i got for a refund. I have not received a reply. Don't buy from these guys because if they cannot honour the sale how are they going to honour the 10 year warranty. Do yourself a favour and go to a reputable dealer.
