Solar Complete POOR Service

We started off with a project on my farm to install solar via a rental option. The company Solar Complete started installation in July 2021. The system was up and running but during that time I've had 9 inverters blown for various reasons. I put it down to them not having the knowledge of a three-phase system and that we were treated as an experiment. We had a set of batteries which they later on swapped out for a bigger set, but the new batteries (GroWatt) drain themselves during the night. They then bought back the original batteries in Nov 2022. The old batteries however have the same software but 3 of the 7 batteries have different firmware. this causes the batteries to show 100% the one minute and 40% the next minute. Also, the advice they gave me on a generator to charge the batteries was totally wrong as well as the DB that they installed for the generator was not wired correctly This has now been a problem for 3 months and I get no but no response from this company.
