Solar assist does not assist

What poor service Leon, He was tasked with repairing a solar geyser by my Home owners insurer Standard bank. The first day he send a Jaco character out to asses the burst geyser. So late afternoon this peson pitches up and sees that the geyser did indeed burst I was told that the repair will comence early the next day... around 13H30 followed up and was told that his team where held up at a road block.. Please save yourself a lot of time wasting and use a reputable service provider and stay far away from solar assist...... because they dont assit but give clients the run around
