Poor service from SolarAssist - Bradley Snyders

My current Solar geyser is still under warrantee until April 2020. I have now experienced a problem and was routed to SolarAssist. The have inspected the system some weeks ago and to date have had no reply from them explaining the detail of the contents they are referring to. Even when asking them to put the repudiation in writing they have declined to do so and are simply passing the buck to the SABS. <br> <br> SolarAssist cannot supply me with the contents of SANS 20154 and SANS 10254. These are the regulations that they are referring to, how pathetic is this? The are expecting me now to get this information from the SABS. The owner Leon Roos is also not available. <br> <br> Please be aware and think twice before getting involved with hem.
