Bad customer service and lack of response

I've only had a Solar geyser installed by Solar Assist 2 years ago. It is a flat panel system with the latest technology which I read would not waste water by over heating the water. But it doesn't heat the water properly. Everyday the element has to top up the hot water. Two months ago I saw one of the panel had a big white spot and there was problems with the heating. After a huge fight and threats of legal action, the panel was replaced. Still performing very poor. Now the geyser it self is damaged as well as the other panel. Still their Warranty service is very very poor. Poor response and only after we had to involve our lawyer we received a response from the company. Will not recommend this company!!!
